Unbreakable Mindset Tees would like to ensure our customers have all the answers pertaining to our t-shirts and gifts before placing an order. However, if you cannot find an answer to your question below, please do not hesitate to contact us at Your satisfaction is our top priority. 


How long does it take for orders to ship?

Apparel items ship within 4 business days. Depending on your location, you should expect shipment within 7 days from order date.

Non-apparel items, however, ship within 6-7 days. Depending on your location, you should expect shipment within 10 days.  

Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day.  

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all domestic orders by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Large orders may be shipped by UPS. 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. International orders are shipped APC. However, please the note below.


Depending on your delivery location, country, and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Unbreakable Mindset and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. This is something beyond our control. Marking the shirt "GIFT" is not an option as they will charge fees if any. Thanks!

 How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will be sent a tracking number once the order ships.  



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, America Express, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay. 

I'm entering in the correct credit card number yet I keep getting declined when I know there are available funds, why is that?

To aid in fraud prevention for our customers, the billing zip code for that card must match what your bank has on file AND the CVV number must be entered correctly. We care about our customers and want to do our part to make sure it is you placing the order. 

When will my card be charged for the order?

Payments are automatically captured when the order is placed.

Do you have sizing information?

Yes. Each manufacturer has slightly different measurements. Sizing can be found here.  

Can you customize an image for me?

Unfortunately, not at this time. 

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?

Before printing your shirts, they are treated with a chemical that smells like vinegar.  This chemical helps to bind the ink to the fibers in the shirt and is why the print holds up to repeated washing.  After printing, most of the remaining chemical is removed when the shirts are dried, but a small amount may remain. 

This chemical is harmless and will wash out of the shirts the first time you wash them. Most of the chemical is removed through adequate drying before we ship your shirts.  Therefore, please wash your shirt first before wearing.


Return Information 

What is your return policy?

For all returns and exchanges, please email with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Order # within your email, BEFORE returning the product.  

You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at:  

Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You may also request a credit voucher to be used for a future purchase. 

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.  

Please use the original box whenever possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to obtain a return authorization number. Write this number on the package and send your item to: 7911 Julia Lee Ct., #102, Charlotte, NC 28216.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7911 Julia Lee Ct., #102, Charlotte, NC 28216. Only mail after receiving a return authorization number from us. Be sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the package before shipping. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Information

Can I change my order?

All orders are printed when placed as so we do not stock inventory. We have size charts and product previews available to assist you in your choices. Since we thrive to get orders to you as quickly as possible, most orders begin the production process on the same day that they are received, you must email us IMMEDIATELY if you would like us to make any changes to your order. Once an order goes into production, normally within 2 hours of receipt, we are unable to make any changes. If changes are requested once the order has begun processing, you will be notified via email your options for exchanges/returns once you receive the order. 

Can I cancel my order once placed and paid for?

You can cancel an order right up until the time it ships.  You'll receive full credit if none of the shirts on the order have printed.  If some printing is done and the order is not yet shipped, you may only receive partial credit. If the order has shipped, then you will need to follow the return policy. 

Are gifts cards available?

Yes, gift cards are available and they EVER expire with us. An online gift card is emailed to the customer and contains the following:

  1. The gift card code, used at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card when purchasing a product from your store at a later time;
  2. A print button, for obtaining a paper copy of the gift card;
  3. A start shopping button, for quickly navigating back to your store.
