For all returns and exchanges, please visit the Return Portal to complete the return process.
If you have additional questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Order # within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount. After 14 days and up to 30 days from the date of delivery, you will receive a store credit. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department: email@example.com.
Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You may also request a credit voucher to be used for a future purchase.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
Please use the original box whenever possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. Write this number on the package and send your item to: 4188 Glen Haven Dr SW, Concord, NC 28027.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided via the Return Portal. If you lose the label, you can order another one or mail your product to: 4188 Glen Haven Dr SW, Concord, NC 28027. Only mail after receiving a return authorization number from us. Be sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the package before shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and the shipping will be deducted from the refund once processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Garment Care Instructions
Our tees and tanks are screen printed via a direct to garment approach to ensure quality and longevity. We recommend turning garment inside out before washing and washing upon receiving to erase the vinegar smell, which is left from the printing process. This is completely normal with on-demand printing. Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Iron inside out.
Unbreakable Mindset Apparel Information
We use a variety of manufactured blank t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, and hoodies before screen printing the design onto the actual garment. This is to offer our customers a variety of fits and styles. They may have slightly different sizing charts. Please review the sizing chart for each apparel item you wish to purchase.
Our t-shirts are screen printed via a direct to garment process. Slight variations in colors and detail in shirts may vary on your final product from pictures displayed throughout the website. We also occasionally use mock-ups to model our t-shirts - therefore the actual look of the t-shirt on the model may be different than the way it fits when you wear the apparel. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are still not satisfied with our apparel we will happily provide an exchange or refund up to 30 days of delivery.
